WIT’s “The Odd Couple” — Female Version — Opens Friday, Nov. 30, Runs Through Saturday, Dec.15. Anal Flo (Mary Ellen Kopitzke) and relaxed Olive (Nellie Foster) are perfectly odd together as the roommates from hell.  The Castilian brothers that reside in the same building —  played by Bard Widmer and Morgan Liddell — lend an innocent Spanish accent to the mix as a group of New York women gather for a weekly evening of Trivial Pursuit.

The friends, played by Jennifer Downs, Melissa Mojo, Emma Palumbo and Emily Threlkeld, deliver the flavor of the city as they share their friendship with good-natured jabs at each other.

Neil Simon’s award winning style and sense for the intricacies of relationships provide laughs — and an appreciation for the importance of friends when you need them.

Director Cass Foster, an avid fan of Simon’s plays, is retired from his academic career, and using his extensive knowledge and experience in drama to build a highly trained cast and crew.

The Aston Food & Beverage staff, headed by Trichael Pangan, provide deli lunches or dinnersfor the soul, while WIT provides food for thought. Take an hour to  nosh and then a couple more to enjoy the on-stage antics.
