Rajah the tiger, aka Nick Hauge, was sighted at Starbucks in Kukui Grove Center, hanging with other members of his pack — Jack Dunning, Kay Beck, Taylor Hale, Savanna Leimer and Whitney and Shasta White.  The 10th grader at Kapa`a High School will be on the prowl tonight in the Kapaia neighborhood, trick or treating. He’ll wear a tiger SpiritHood, pal Kay Beck will paint his face, making him totally tigerish, and as for the rest, he should be showing his true stripes!

SpiritHoods are animal hoods of 100 percent acrylic faux fur, available online for kids, adults and teams at https://spirithoods.com. The company advertises that a portion of proceeds from every purchase goes to supporting your favorite animal.

As for Rajah, aka Hauge, the only thing he likely devoured on the Starbucks outing was a cool drink from Starbucks. Take this for evidence: less than 30 feet away sat a little lamb in a lamb SpiritHood, totally in one piece. Guess the tiger wasn’t hungry!
