Diverting waste takes more than recycling. Learn how to take responsibility for the waste we produce daily by implementing the 4 R’s: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Rot (compost).

* The County of Kauai will have a limited supply of free compost bins available at this program. Please call the library by Friday, April 1st to be eligible for a compost bin after attending the program.
