Pacific Missile Range Facility/Navy Morale Welfare and Recreation to Hold Mini Sprint Triathlon

Pacific Missile Range Facility, Barking Sands welcomes the public to Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF) to participate in our Mini Sprint Triathlon on April 21, 2018 at PMRF. The event will start at 8:00 a.m. Admission is free to active duty and their dependents. They may sign up at the Fitness Center on base for free. All others must go on www.active.com, search PMRF Mini Sprint Triathlon, to register. Cost is $10 per participant. Sign up deadline is Wednesday, April 11, 2018.

The event will have three water stations and EMT present for the safety of all participants. The event will be giving gifts to all those who participate an awards to the winners. Free parking will be available on base.

Base access will be granted to those who preregistered for the event prior to the deadline. Access will not be given to those who wish to participate the day of the race.

Security requirements: Attending adult visitors are asked to have a valid photo identification card with them. Children under the age of 18 are not required to have identification. An example of accepted identification would be a driver’s license, Hawaii State ID card, U.S. passport, etc. Motorcycles are welcome however riders must wear helmet, boots, bright colored long sleeve shirt, jacket or reflective vest.
