Princeville Ranch owners Karin Carswell Guest and Jeff Guest have just started offering a new way to experience their North Shore property — aboard open-air Polaris off-road vehicles.
A driver/guide takes up to five passengers through nooks and crannies now accessible for the first time. Guests enjoy an exhilarating ride through pastures and forests to several historical locations.
One special destination is a panoramic view site of the North Shore. A stop for photos there affords a 360-degree view of interior mountains, valleys and the ocean. Another special spot is a private waterfall. Passengers end their adventure with a final exciting ride back across the working cattle ranch.
Off-road tours are available seven days a week.
Home of the “Zip N’ Dip,” Princeville Ranch Adventures offers exclusive ziplining, horseback riding, off road, hiking and kayaking tours on 2,500 private acres.
These tours access pristine areas otherwise not available to the public, including a tropical rainforest, jungle streams and waterfalls. Groups are kept small, and the guides are entertaining and well educated on Kauai’s history, flora and fauna.
