Mokihana Golf Scramble

The Mokihana Golf Scramble was held April 21, 2013 at the Puakea Golf Course.
In spite of the weather it was lots of fun! This annual event is held to raise money for nursing scholarships for KCC students. We appreciate everyone that assisted and played and made the day the great success it was.
There were many prizes given for closest to the pin, as well as for men and women’s bloopers. Jake Deverill won the men’s longest drive.
1st Place Team was Gary Barcia, George Pang and Jake Deverill. 2nd Place Team was Lil Riley, Larry Fudge and Susie Nishek. 3rd Place was Diane Barnett, Kris Nuding and Renee Saranacki.
The Grand Price went to Amy Clise, William Clise and Larry Marugame.
A picnic style lunch was held in the Cart Barn following the event as well as a silent auction. Entertainment was provided by Steven Mu.
