Mayor Bernard Carvalho, Jr. today signed the bills that authorize the county’s operating and capital budgets for fiscal year 2015-2016.

Although the mayor signed the budget bills in their entirety, he did issue a statement, expressing his concerns about some of the amendments made by the County Council to his May 7 budget submittal.
