Kukui Grove Center to Hold Annual Halloween Festival

Scare Up Some Fun on Friday, October 31^st at 5:15 p.m.

 Līhu‘e, Kaua‘i, Hawai‘i (October 24, 2014) – Kukui Grove’s Halloween Festival returns on Friday, October 31^st, at 5:15 p.m. KONG Radio’s Ron Wiley will return to host the family fun event.

“We always look forward to this event at Kukui Grove,” said Stacie Chiba-Miguel of Kukui Grove Center, “The Halloween Festival continues to grow every year, it’s always a good time to see the keiki dress up and enjoy the friendly competitions.”

The Howl & Scream and Keiki Costume contests will return to Center Stage. The contests will have limited space, and registration will be on a first come first served basis. Registration starts at 4:30 p.m. at Center Stage, where you can also sign up for In-store Trick-or-Treating. Free goody bags will be distributed, while supplies last. In-store Trick-or-Treating will begin at 6:15 p.m. promptly after the Keiki Costume contest.

The winners of Kukui Grove’s Halloween Window Decorating Contest will be announced following the Keiki Costume Contest. The merchants at Kukui Grove are competing to see who has the best Halloween themed window. Every person that votes on Facebook, or at participating merchants will be entered to win a $50 Kukui Grove Center gift card.
