The Kaua‘i Committee on the Status of Women (KCSW) will host a workshop on Friday, March 27 that will focus on improving existing relationships and attracting positive relationships.

The event, titled “Relationships from Turbulent to Harmonious,” will begin at 5 p.m. at the Līhu‘e Civic Center, Moikeha Building, Meeting Room 2A/B.

Empowerment Coach Savita Kumar will be facilitating the hour-long workshop. Kumar merges her passion for people, her educational background in science, and her life experiences growing up in India in her approach to coaching people in how to live their best lives. She is also a former member of the KCSW.

All members of the public are welcome to attend this free event. Attendees are asked to bring a compact mirror with them to the class.

The KCSW is part of the Hawai‘i State Commission on the Status of Women, which strives to advance the status of women and girls by acting as a catalyst for positive change through advocacy, education, collaboration and program development.
