Pumpkin carving is an art — literally, as witness this pumpkin, carved by Victor Ascuena of Koloa, and lit from within, the face of Jimi Hendrix backlit.
Ascuena’s wife, Jodi, says, “I took the photo when I returned from a hard day at school last night. All the lights were off. It was dark inside.
Jodi, a great Hendrix fan continues, “There was the lighted pumpkin sitting on our kitchen counter, Victor chuckling in the background!”
R.I.P., Jimi!
