County to Host Community Meeting on Drug Addiction

The Mayor’s Advisory Committee for Treatment and Community Integration will host “Drug Addiction 101,” a community meeting at Kapa‘a Missionary Church Tuesday, Jan. 16, from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

Attendees will hear from various drug and alcohol treatment providers about services available for those seeking help with addiction.

Following the presentation, members of the community may participate in discussions to determine individual concerns.

Supportive agencies will also be on site to answer questions and provide resource information.
