Coldwell Banker Island Properties is pleased to announce that it has acquired the operations of Coldwell Banker Makai Properties on Kauai.  Makai Properties’ agent group joined the Coldwell Banker Island Properties Ohana and will continue to offer the best service and results to their clients under the Coldwell Banker Island Properties brand.

Coldwell Banker Island Properties continues to announce new programs to make it the best value proposition to its clients and agent group, including its fast-growing Coldwell Banker Island Vacations short term property management program, professional transaction coordination in-house, best-in-class agent training and productivity programs, and other professional support services for its agents – as well as the oldest and largest real estate brand in the US and the #1 real estate brand in Hawaii.

At the same time, Island Properties launched their Coldwell Banker Island Vacations Property Management program to include the island of Kauai.
