The Kaua‘i County Committee on the Status of Women would like to invite the public and especially young women to come and listen to their guest of honor State Representative Tulsi Gabbard who will be speaking about her life, education, military service and political career.

In a recent Proclamation by President Barrack Obama who said “Women’s History Month is a time to remember those who fought to make that freedom as real for our daughters as for our sons. They were women who reached up to close the gap between what America was and what it could be.  Today, as we take on defining issues of our time, America looks to the next generation of movers and marchers to lead the way”.

Time: 6 – 8 p.m.

Location: The Kaua‘i Museum Courtyard

Lihu‘e, Hawai‘i (Seating is limited)
