The Kaua‘i Path organizations is inviting everyone to bring their ‘ohana to this month’s Bikes on Rice slow roll bicycle ride on Lihu‘e’s quiet streets next Tuesday, Nov. 10.

This monthly tradition group ride starts at the Lihu‘e Civic Center on Rice Street at 4:30 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month except in December.

These are safe, slow-paced fun rides throughout the surrounding neighborhoods designed for all ages and abilities, according to the Kaua‘i Path.

Participants are encouraged to bring any kind of bike. The rides last about an hour so participants should also bring their own water. Flat repair kits and helmets (state law requires helmets for kids under 16) are recommended. There will be trained team members throughout the course for anyone who may need assistance.
