Web Alaya imageThe Art of Harmonizing Retreat is Sept. 25 to Oct. 1 on Kaua’i. The first of its kind, this retreat will teach the fundamentals of the Art of Harmonizing, a simple, yet transformational self-healing practice derived from the ancient Hawaiian healing art of Ho’oponopono. This six-day immersion invites the rare opportunity to embody not only the resonance of this evolutionary work, but also the resonance of the mystical healing energy of Kaua’i, through which this healing art was divined.

Participants will learn how to bring harmony to any life situation using the principles of love, vibration and self-responsibility. By becoming a skilled, loving witness of painful, conditioned habits, Alaya DeNoyelles, founder and teacher of this Harmonizing practice, believes anyone can return home to their authentic, free and sovereign nature.

As Stacey Wobbe, who practices this healing art, testifies, “Harmonizing has completely transformed my life. It offers a deliberate, concise, and authentic step by step way to find and develop my own intuitive inner guidance. It allows me to let go of negative energy through self-love and achieve a harmonious balance in all reflections of my life.”

This Art of Harmonizing Retreat will be held at a private, luxurious North Shore retreat center, featuring peaceful lush grounds and scenic ocean views. In addition to “Art of Harmonizing” classes, the daily rhythm incorporates a range of daytime activities that include: yoga; meditation; sound and art therapy classes; and private island excursions. Evening activities include group sharing, music, chanting, drumming and dance. Free time is factored in for those seeking a little more privacy and healing arts will be available for an additional cost.

The retreat will be facilitated by Alaya DeNoyelles. Alaya is also the best-selling author of The Sovereignty of Love, Coming Home With Ho’oponopono (2012). The book introduces Alaya’s work and is a recommended read in preparation for the retreat.

“Harmonizing has given me my freedom and sovereignty,” Alaya said, “It has gifted me the ability to see life through the lens of love, gratitude and compassion, and to love myself without self-judgment.”

The price varies depending upon your room occupancy and includes: airport transportation; accommodation; fresh, local and organic vegetarian food, served twice daily; classes; and activities. The cost ranges from $1,400.00 to $1,900.00. Accommodation spaces are limited and a Kama’aina rate begins at $333 for the core program for local residents who wish to attend.
