County announces changes in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for The Kaua‘i Bus

The County of Kaua‘i announces the following County-related changes in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for The Kaua‘i Bus in order to provide for the health, safety, and welfare of the people of Kaua‘i from the potential spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
Effective May 4, The Kaua‘i Bus office will be open Monday to Thursday, from 6:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. providing the following services to the public:

·         Purchasing bus passes and paratransit ticket books;

·         Registering for Paratransit Service;

·         Obtaining a Paratransit or Reduced Fare ID Card; and

·         Retrieving Lost and Found Items (please call first)
