Kauai Police Move of Kapaa Sub Station Not Pono

KPD plans next year to move from Kapaa sub station to ceded Hawaiian lands near mahelona hospital grounds. Fifty years at $1 dollar a year!!! I know several dozen decedant Hawaiian homes leasees, who weren’t treated to this level of “grandfathering”, not to mention KPD is a county department best suited at the new Kapaa fire station as is the case for decades at the Princeville KPD/KFD stations. Not pono in my humble estimation and very typical for this kind of political networking
