G. Love Concert in Princeville Thursday

Musician G. Love will be performing at the Church of the Pacific in Princeville Thursday, as part of his 3^RD Annual Hawaiian Streetside Blues Bonanza.

Though G. Love is well known for being part of the alternative rock, hip hop, blues band G. Love & Special Sauce, he will be performing solo and acoustic on Kaua‘i. But the concert will also feature special guests.

G. Love came into the music scene in the early 90s, when together with Jeffrey Clemens and Jim Prescott, he formed G. Love & Special Sauce in Boston. Since then, the band has released several albums. G. Love (whose real name is Garrett Dutton) has also released a handful of solo records.

As part of his Hawai‘i tour, G. Love will also play on the Big Island, Maui and O‘ahu. The Hawai‘i tour is being brought by Kaua‘i-based Dove Presents and Dozer Productions.
