VoteThe Elections Division of the Office of the County Clerk is informing the public that effective this year, qualified Kaua‘i residents who are not registered to vote may go in-person to the Early Voting facility at the Līhu‘e Neighborhood Center to register and vote.

To be eligible to register, you must be a U.S. Citizen, a Hawai‘i resident and at least 18 years of age.

Early voting and late voter registration services are currently being offered Monday thru Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The last day for early voting and late voter registration is Thursday, Aug. 11.

The Līhu‘e Neighborhood Center is at 3353 ‘Eono Street in the Isenberg Subdivision. There are two entrances to the Isenberg Subdivision.

  • If approaching from Līhu‘e town, turn left off of Kūhiō Highway at the intersection with the AT&T Store.
  • If approaching from Hanamā‘ulu town, turn right off of Kūhiō Highway at the intersection directly across the entrance to the Kūhiō Medical Clinic.

Signs will be posted at both entrances to the Isenberg Subdivision and along the route leading to the Līhu‘e Neighborhood Center. To view or download a map showing the location of the Līhu‘e Neighborhood Center visit https://olvr.hawaii.gov/ and click on the “Find an Early Walk-In Voting Location” link.
