The event will be held on the grounds of Shenanigans restaurant at the Pacific Missile Range Facility Barking Sands. Popular Top-40 band Dishwalla will perform, along with local entertainment. Free parking will be available on base, although visitors are reminded that all vehicles will be subject to search. Seat belts must be worn by all drivers and passengers of vehicles while on base, no riding in pickup beds will be allowed.
