TABLE 53 SHOWS ALOHA FOR ANIMALS Kaua‘i Humane Society is July Beneficiary for Charity Program

Sheraton Kauai Resort’s delicious charity fundraising program, Table 53, will benefit the Kaua‘i Humane Society in July. The resort will donate its net proceeds for all food & beverage at Table #53 in the oceanfront RumFire Poipu Beach restaurant during its month-long fundraiser.

The Table 53 program is offered at RumFire Poipu Beach, the south shore’s oceanfront hot spot, featuring locally sourced cuisine with global influences, exciting cocktails to ignite your palate and over 180-degree oceanfront views from all of its 240 seats. Table 53 features private booth seating overlooking the beautifully landscaped Ocean Courtyard, inviting fire pits, and Kaua’i’s stunning sunsets. Guests can enjoy nightly specials and signature RumFire favorites all while supporting a worthy cause.

Founded in 1952 to protect Kaua‘i’s animals and to promote the human – animal bond, the Kaua‘i Humane Society is an independent and private, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that receives no funding from mainland humane organizations, the State or Federal government. The organization depends on the contributions of donors to continue to fund programs and services that are vital to the community and the island’s animals. Programs and services provided by the Kaua‘i Humane Society include pet adoptions, low cost spay/neuter and vaccination clinics, the nationally recognized pet field trip program, Critter Camp for the keiki of Kaua‘i , the Save Our Shearwaters (SOS) program and volunteer programs.

The table is available on a first come, first served basis. Net proceeds for all food and beverage at Table #53 during dinner service will be donated to the Kaua‘i Humane Society, gratuity will be paid to the server and taxes will be remitted to the State of Hawaii.
