KIUC Conducts Member Satisfaction Survey

Kaua‘i Island Utility Cooperative (KIUC) is conducting a telephone survey of its members to determine their overall satisfaction with the quality of service they receive from the cooperative.

KIUC has hired Ward Research of Honolulu to conduct the survey.

The survey is designed to take about 5 minutes to complete and is shorter than a more detailed survey that KIUC typically conducts every other year. Interviewers will be randomly calling landline and cell phone numbers on Kaua‘i starting July 6 and hope to complete the survey within 14 days.

Responses to the survey are anonymous and are used to help KIUC improve service and address concerns expressed by members.
