St. Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church, 4364 Hardy Street at Umi in Lihue, announces a gala weekend November 14-16 honoring the founders of the Episcopal Church in Hawaii, Queen Emma and King Kamehameha IV.

The weekend begins with a Benefit Concert, Reception, and Silent Auction on Friday, November 14th. At 6:00 pm enjoy pupus, music by Daryl Gonzales, drinks and a silent auction. The 7:00 pm concert features Aki Conquest, John Dumas, Tepairu Manea, Alan Van Zee, Kamekane, Kauai Voices directed by Randy Leonard, Ita Rubio, Vern Kauanui and Jeff Mira. At 8:15 there will be dessert and coffee. The Silent Auction will be open through the weekend and will close at noon on Sunday, November 16th. The on-line portion of the auction can be found through a link on our homepage at www.stmichaels-kauai.org. Tickets for the Friday evening concert and reception are $25 and are available at the church office or on-line at www.stmichaels-kauai.org.

On Saturday, November 15, the All Angels Holiday Craft Fair is from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, featuring a variety of jewelry, handmade items, Hawaiian crafts, baked goods, and plate lunches.

At all three services that weekend, Saturday at 5:30 pm and Sunday at 7:30 and 9:45 am we will honor Queen Emma and King Kamehameha IV. The 9:45 am service will feature special music and hula. At 11:00 am, Sunday, November 16th, there will be a free luau.
