A hospitality industry veteran, Santiago spent the past 14 years with Hilton Hotels, most recently as Director of Finance at the Grand Wailea in Maui. Prior to that, he held finance positions with several other hotel companies including Hyatt Hotels, Adam’s Mark Hotel and Interstate Hotels, as well as the Skipper’s restaurant chain in the Pacific Northwest.

Santiago holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Seattle University, Washington. Born and raised in Maui, he currently lives on Oahu with his wife and two children.
